Some of our clothing is made to order and can take between 10-14 working days to make and ship.

We use Royal Mail to ship most of our orders and for very large orders we use Hermes.

All of our leggings, sweaters, bedding, cushions, hat & bibs are all made in England. Some pieces are made by us in our Essex Studio and some are made by our small British factory. Every piece is hand wrapped in tissue paper, quality checked and posted from our Essex studio..

You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund ( minus postage ) We strictly only accept back items which have not been worn or washed. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of this then it will be returned back to you.
